Welcome to bingo7. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bingo7 ("bingo7," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bingo7 website located at https://bingo7.app, including all games, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the bingo7 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bingo7 platform and close your account. Continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.

To register and use the bingo7 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, bingo7 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bingo7, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bingo7 platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) bingo7 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a bingo7 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingo7 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bingo7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your bingo7 account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

bingo7 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. As part of our KYC obligations, we may require you to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary.

All transactions on bingo7 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingo7 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bingo7 account in real time or within the processing time specified for your chosen payment method. bingo7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. bingo7 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. bingo7 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bingo7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may only withdraw funds using the same payment method used for your deposit. Funds deposited into your bingo7 account must not originate from illegal activities. bingo7 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.

bingo7 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• bingo7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• Free spins and free bingo tickets awarded as part of promotions are subject to the same general bonus terms unless otherwise specified.

All games available on the bingo7 platform — including bingo, slots, live casino tables, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on bingo7, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

bingo7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes across all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at each table.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, bingo7 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, bingo7 cannot guarantee the outcome of any interrupted game session and shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

bingo7 reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is determined to have been affected by a software error, data feed error, or any other technical fault. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingo7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one bingo7 account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the bingo7 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or use the bingo7 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the bingo7 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bingo7 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any bingo7 software or security systems.

All content on the bingo7 platform — including but not limited to the bingo7 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of bingo7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingo7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any bingo7 content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingo7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bingo7 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or service interruptions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the bingo7 platform.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus credits.

bingo7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bingo7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your bingo7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

bingo7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, bingo7 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bingo7 platform shall first be submitted to bingo7's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any unresolved disputes.

bingo7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the bingo7 platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the bingo7 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and close your account.
